Booking and Cancellation Policy

Tour Booking Terms

By booking a tour with Dream City Tours and Travels (“the Company”), guests agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after full payment or an agreed advance is received and acknowledged by the Company.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact details, travel dates, and participant information at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary, vehicle type, or sequence of sightseeing due to traffic, weather, monument regulations, safety, or any circumstances beyond its control, while attempting to provide a similar experience.

Payments and Pricing

Tour prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are based on current fuel costs, taxes, and monument fees. The Company reserves the right to revise prices in case of significant changes in fuel rates, government taxes, or entrance fees; any confirmed booking will be honored as per the agreed price at the time of confirmation, wherever reasonably possible.

Full payment or a non-refundable advance (as specified in your confirmation email or voucher) is required to secure a reservation. If the balance payment is not received by the specified due date, the Company may treat the booking as cancelled and apply the cancellation rules listed below.

Guest Responsibilities and Conduct

Guests are expected to follow local laws, monument rules, and instructions given by the guide/driver during the tour. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a tour for any guest whose behavior is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive, without any refund, to protect other guests, staff, and property.

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings (cameras, mobiles, wallets, documents etc.) during the tour. The Company is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items, except where required by applicable law.

Changes, Delays, and Liability

Minor changes in timing, pickup, or sequence of visits may occur due to traffic, monument crowding, or operational reasons; such adjustments do not qualify as a “significant change” and are not eligible for compensation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific tour booking. The Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights or trains; guests are advised to keep sufficient buffer time between tours and onward connections and to carry adequate travel insurance if required.
